Yes. Compensation is built on a tiered production model. You earn 40% to 60% of your production, with no cap on what you can make. First-year on-target earnings average $105,000.

Do I need previous recruiting experience?

Not necessarily. We are looking for driven self starters, confident communicators, and goal-oriented people who want to build something. We provide the training, tools, and leadership support to get you there.

Is this role based in Sioux Falls?

Yes. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our Sioux Falls office.

What does a typical day look like?

You will split your time between business development, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and managing searches through to placement.

From sourcing and in-depth interviews to offer negotiation and placement, you run the search start to finish, delivering a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
